The short version
TrustedVoices lets you have a conversation with a creator’s published work. Every creator on TrustedVoices has given us explicit permission to use their material this way — we never ingest, index, or build an advisor from anyone’s work without it. We do not clone voices and we do not create digital replicas of people. This policy explains what we collect from you, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
Who we are
The Services are operated by TrustedVoices, LLC (“TrustedVoices,” “we,” “us”), operating from New York. This policy applies when you use trustedvoices.app or any of our applications (together, the “Services”).
Creator content and permission
This is the part people ask about most, so we will be direct.
Every creator whose work powers a TrustedVoices advisor has affirmatively granted us permission to use that work for this purpose. Permission is explicit and specific. It is never assumed, and it is never implied simply because something was published publicly.
Creators tell us which of their material may be used, and they can narrow or withdraw that permission.
We act as a concierge to a creator’s existing published work. We surface it, organize it, and make it navigable in conversation.
We do not clone or synthesize any creator’s voice, and we do not build a digital likeness, avatar, or persona intended to be mistaken for the creator.
An advisor’s responses are generated by software. They are not the creator speaking to you in real time.
What we collect
Information you give us
Account and contact information, such as your email address and any name or username you choose to provide.
Waitlist signups. If you join our waitlist we collect the email address you submit and the fact that you submitted it.
Messages you send us, including support requests and any information you include in them.
Your conversations
Text you send to an advisor, and the responses generated for you.
Audio, if you speak to an advisor. We process your speech to convert it to text so the advisor can respond.
We retain conversation content so a conversation can continue across sessions and so you can return to it later.
We do not use your audio to create a voiceprint and we do not use it to identify you biometrically.
Information we collect automatically
Device and connection information, including browser type, operating system, device identifiers, IP address, and the approximate location derived from it.
Usage information, including pages viewed, features used, timestamps, referring pages, and diagnostic or error data.
Cookies and similar technologies, described below.
If you join as a creator
We additionally collect the channel or catalog you connect, the material you authorize us to use, our records of that authorization, and any payout or tax information required if and when we pay creators.
How we use information
To provide the Services — running conversations, retrieving relevant creator material, and maintaining your history.
To improve the Services — diagnosing problems, measuring quality, and making advisors more useful.
To communicate with you — answering support requests, sending service notices, and telling you when we launch.
To keep the Services safe — detecting abuse, fraud, and violations of our Terms.
To meet our legal obligations.
AI processing
We use third-party AI providers to generate advisor responses and to process speech. Your conversation content is sent to those providers so they can produce a response. We may review and use conversation content to evaluate and improve advisor quality. We do not sell your conversations.
How we share information
Service providers, including hosting, databases, analytics, email delivery, speech processing, and AI model providers, each acting on our instructions.
Creators, who may receive aggregated and de-identified information about how their advisor is used. We do not give creators the contents of your individual conversations.
Legal and safety recipients, when required by law or when necessary to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Services.
An acquirer, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case information may transfer as part of that transaction.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Services are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may break parts of the Services.
Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, and afterwards for as long as necessary to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and your conversation history.
Data security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a portable copy, opt out of certain processing, or withdraw consent where our processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, email yogi@yoginaraine.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom
Our legal bases for processing are performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in securing and improving the Services, your consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
If you live in a US state with a comprehensive privacy law
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may exercise the rights described above. California residents may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on their behalf.
Children
TrustedVoices is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it. A parent or guardian who believes their child has provided us with information should contact yogi@yoginaraine.com.
International transfers
We operate from the United States. If you use the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy as the Services change. If we make material changes we will post a notice on the site and, where appropriate, email you. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
